Report a suspicious message or look-alike
Do not click through or connect a wallet from an unsolicited message. Save the public URL, username, and approximate time, then report it through the official Telegram channel. Verify the destination against the links on the trust page.
Never send recovery phrases, private keys, signing screenshots, or wallet credentials to anyone claiming to provide support.
In-app support
For an account-specific product issue, open support inside the authenticated official Mini App. Include the screen, action, time, and relevant task or deposit reference if applicable. Do not include secrets.
